Once a trade is booked, you can follow both legs of settlement in real time. The settlement tracker shows where each transfer stands so your operations team never has to guess whether funds are on the way.
Reading the status
Each leg moves through a set of clear states. Crypto legs also show confirmation progress and, where available, a transaction reference you can follow on chain.
- Pending, the leg is queued and awaiting release
- In progress, funds or assets are moving across the rail
- Confirming, a crypto leg is accumulating network confirmations
- Settled, delivery is complete and reconciled
When to reach out
Most settlements complete without any action from you. If a leg sits in the same state well beyond its expected window, contact your relationship manager with the trade reference so the desk can investigate.
Having the reference from your activity feed ready makes any support request faster to resolve, because it points the desk straight to the transaction in question.
